Terms & Conditions
Your sessions will be invoiced weekly and a link will be sent with an invoice to pay to your email. You can either pay with your card through this secure link or deposit it into the account listed on the invoice.
In the case of sickness, or an emergency please contact us to cancel as soon as possible. Please do not come to your appointment sick.

Cancellation Policy
*Late Cancellations and No-Shows*
– Cancellations within less than 24 hours of your appointment a $25 cancellation fee is applied. Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment, you will be charged your full session cost.
– No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
*How to Cancel*

– Reschedule using your booking confirmation
*Emergency Cancellations*
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these on a case-by-case basis.
*Rescheduling* Rescheduling your appointment up to 24 hours in advance will be treated as a cancellation unless rescheduled in the same week.
*Instructor cancelation* In the case of needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to instructor sickness or emergency you will be notified at least 12 hours prior to the session or as soon as possible. Cancelation and rescheduling fees will not be charged in this circumstance.

**Health and Safety Agreement for Ember Studio**
This Health and Safety Agreement outlines the responsibilities of clients participating in Pilates sessions to promote a safe, effective, and positive experience for everyone involved.
1. **Client Responsibilities**
1. **Physical Condition and Medical Information**
– Clients must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before beginning any Pilates session. This includes pregnancy, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, and any pain or discomfort experienced during exercise.
– It is the client’s responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider if they have any concerns about participating in Pilates.
2. **Communication and Feedback**
– Clients agree to communicate openly with the instructor regarding any pain, discomfort, or difficulties encountered during a session.
– Any changes in health or physical condition should be promptly reported to the instructor to allow for safe modifications in exercises.
3. **Following Instructions and Modifications**
– Clients agree to follow the instructor’s guidance, including any modifications to exercises that ensure safety and prevent injury.
– Clients should not attempt exercises beyond their current skill level or capability without guidance and approval from the instructor.
4. **Personal Responsibility and Safe Behavior**
– Clients are encouraged to take responsibility for their own well-being by being mindful of their physical limits, rest when necessary, and avoid pushing beyond their comfort level.
– Clients must not engage in reckless or unsafe behavior within the studio, including improper use of equipment or disregard for safety instructions.
5. **Studio Policies and Hygiene**
– Clients agree to follow all studio policies, including any specific health and hygiene requirements (e.g. wiping down equipment after use, wearing appropriate footwear and attire).
– If feeling unwell, clients agree to reschedule their session to ensure the well-being of all participants and staff.
6. **Waiver of Liability**
– By accepting this agreement & booking this appointment, clients acknowledge that they are participating in Pilates sessions at their own risk and agree to waive any liability claims against the instructor or studio, except in cases of negligence.

By accepting the booking below the client agrees to follow the above health and safety guidelines, terms and conditions and assumes responsibility for their personal health and safety during Pilates sessions.
